Jody and I clicked immediately. It was a God-ordained match. We now have a special relationship that I will always treasure.
What it has meant for me to have these people (W2 volunteers) reach out to me is, in the final analysis, a miracle. Relating woman to woman with W2 volunteers has meant life-life with purpose and meaning.
It is a special ministry you’re running. It took a few years but all in God’s time. Here I am, free inside. Jesus in my heart –I live a new life. Because of people like you…who bring God’s Good News to us inside, the doors have opened for me.
As an M2 I feel that I receive just as much (if not more) than I give. My inmate has become a friend and I am truly enriched by the time we get to spend together.
M2/W2 volunteers have been intimately involved in some of the most significant changes I have seen inmates and parolees undergo.
I owe M2 my life because you taught me how to find the Lord Jesus Christ.
I know I couldn’t have gotten this far, this soon, without her help.
Manixay is an angel sent to me. She came at the right time in my life when I needed spiritual guidance. She is the star of my life.
I have been in prison for 14 years. When my M2 sponsor began to open up to me about his life, he gave me back something very special – trust. Thank you.
I can honestly say that had I not become involved with M2, I never would have tried to straighten out my life. I would like to thank M2 and God for giving me a second chance to get to know my family again and to start a new life.
