Our vision is to recruit and empower volunteers to reflect God’s restorative and inclusive love within the criminal justice system and wider society, to foster healthier communities.

2. Placing a priority on developing and maintaining relationships.
3. Responding to crime holistically with relation to all impacted (victim, community, offender).
4. Steadfastly upholding hope for all.
5. A commitment to unconditional and gracious love and compassion.
6. A recognition that we stand in solidarity with offenders in our wrongdoing before God and neighbour.
7. A vigorous affirmation of Restorative/Transformative Justice which is inclusive, strives for healing, and works for wholeness of all impacted by crime.
8. A commitment to broad ecumenicity within the Christian Faith, and to colleagues outside the Faith.
9. Striving to uphold the dignity of all through the respect of all.
10. Striving for high level of competency from staff and volunteers through training, mentoring and supervision.
11. (For volunteers) a commitment to friendship, empathy and sharing the Gospel in deed and word.
